Refund and Exchange Policy and Instructions
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase;
- You must provide your name, email address and phone number;
- The returned items must not be stock clearance items; and
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
- If exchanging, please remember to put another prepaid satchel bag inside for us to send the exchanged item back to you.
If you wish to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving and inspecting the goods, your refund will be issued via the same means that you made your original purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.
